So actually the leuta there are friendly but the one who prepared the citizens yesterday in the shift had no gloves on, which is absolutely not possible at this time

Absolute catastrophe. Everything goes by the MA at work. They leave you waiting for hours without any sense of customer friendliness.

An hour of waiting in the drive-through is just ridiculous. Parts of the order such as french fries, serviettes or sauces are regularly missing. Orders have to be repeated several times as the employees simply do not listen. Price boards are broken, the broken pane is still in the bushes ...

Just catastrophic !! Half of the order wrong !!!!! Employees apparently can't talk. There is no receipt, no straw, no sauces either ?! Thanks for the great meal :-)

There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive in .. I waited 25 minutes before I could order .. is not the first time. But food tastes good so far.

The ad to get Nintendo toys is wrong, we have just been and got something completely different in Eschweiler. You may be ashamed that the child is happy and actually punished.

This BK is fine. No unfriendly employees! Unfortunately, a little something (sauces) or sometimes a citizen / french fries is often missing. But it is always corrected immediately afterwards if the employees are reminded of it. Opening times are fine.

Citizens are cold, it's not really clean and the staff became rude and sloppy when I brought the cold citizens back. The second round of citizens wasn't really hot either. Better go to Brand or to Tivoli, the two are better

Staff don't know their menu and are extremely slow. Drive tru orders are prioritised over walk-ins on top of everything. Card payments seem to be a hassle. Don't consider as a quick stop off the motorway...

Nice restaurant

The staff are very friendly and the meals are top notch. Cleanliness could be improved. Only downside, they are so successful that the children do not always have the toys of the moment but for that the staff offer others ?
